This Refund & Returns Policy outlines your rights and options when returning or requesting a refund for items purchased from our online store.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of your order being delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it (unused and undamaged)
- Be in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Digital downloads or eBooks
- Gift cards
- Items bought on clearance or marked as final sale
To start a return, please contact us at hello@magibooks.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you that we have received it and let you know the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or faulty upon arrival.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@magibooks.com with photos of the damage.
We’ll replace the item free of charge or issue a full refund if a replacement isn’t available.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you’d like to exchange a product for the same item, email us at hello@magibooks.com, and we’ll arrange it for you.
